Is IBS limiting your life?

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a frustrating condition diagnosed when your GP has ruled out everything else but you still have symptoms. 

Physical symptoms can include: diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain, nausea, bloating or excessive wind, backache and headaches. Alongside this it’s common to experience emotional symptoms: fatigue, anxiety, intolerance, lack of confidence, disturbed sleep, difficulty with memory and times of excessive emotion. 

For the past eight years I’ve guided clients through a successful programme helping them find relief from both the physical and emotional symptoms of IBS.

What is involved?

The programme consists of 6 one to one appointments at designated intervals over a 12 week period. In order to keep us all safe during this time, appointments are currently via Zoom or over the phone. You will also receive five hypnosis audios and a daily listening schedule. The audios address the physical symptoms as well as helping to build resilience, increase energy levels and emotional reserves so that you can begin to lead a normal life again. In order to get the best results from your programme it’s important to listen to the daily audio recordings.

In addition, I’ll introduce you to EFT tapping, this is a powerful stress reduction technique. We can use tapping during your one-to-one sessions to help resolve any current or historical issues which may be triggering the stress response in your system. Reducing the stress response allows your body to relax and regain a sense of physical and emotional balance.

Once learned EFT tapping is a helpful technique you can use anytime, anywhere, to help you stay calm when life happens!

NOTE: Before starting on this programme please ensure that you have had a diagnosis of IBS from your Dr or consultant. They need to rule out other conditions which present with similar symptoms.

Hypnosis is recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence to help reduce symptoms of IBS.
