Irrational fears or patterns of behaviour?
We all sometimes behave in ways we don’t understand and become stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour. These can show up as irrational fears, habits we struggle to let go of or situations which just seem to repeat throughout our lives.

“Why does this always make me feel so angry /upset?”

Out of date information
Chances are the answers to these questions can be found in your subconscious. That part of your mind which always does it’s best to keep you safe, however often it’s acting on out of date information. Referencing the events and relationships you encountered, the decisions you made, the beliefs and behavioural habits you inherited or formed as an infant or young child. These beliefs and behaviours were extremely useful then, they ensured you survived, but they may not be so helpful now.

For example; when they are working toward a goal but are sabotaging themselves at every turn, when they have fears which limit what they are able to do or excess emotional reactions which are causing problems in relationships. In our sessions we go on a journey to explore and update your subconscious beliefs and behaviours so you can be successful in making the changes you wish to make.
